Steps from the beach bliss

This hotel was a lovely oasis, just half a block from the beach. The clean room had a cozy vibe, and the staff prepared delicious lunches for our tours.

Everything is nice here, had an excellent stay with great customer service. The breakfast is tasty with fresh juice, has everything you need.

Clean place with great view of the ocean. Affable staff during my stay. Perfect bed & marvellous and quiet position very close to ADO bus and Ferry to Cozumel, beach and 5th avenue, the Cancun airport, and ADO buses. Besides, easy to get to Lewes Priory Park.

The room was bright, spacious, and had a comfortable bathroom.

The WiFi service was poor, only working intermittently, which forced us to seek out a nearby coffee shop to connect.

The rooms with balcony and tea and tea facilities. Variety of goodies for breakfast.

nothing to complain about, loved this place and would recommend. that was pretty hotel set in great area, near the 5th avenue and the ' center ' of playa and the ferry terminal. the venue's position was central. centro district was worth exploring. the room was spacious with balcony over beautiful garden, i stayed here for 3 nights. the staff were incredible and friendly all the time. the breakfast was tasty and offered variety of options.

The location is perfect for beach access and 5th Avenue shopping. Our room offered great amenities and had cable TV to keep the teens entertained. We also loved how the staff packed us a delicious lunch for our day tour.

My kids wished the pool area had better loungers.

Free Wi-Fi worked well in public areas. The outdoor pool was refreshing. No pets allowed.

The hotel offered a really good breakfast with freshly made options daily. The room lacked power outlets for convenience.

the breakfast was a bit limited, but the location is just perfect, a street away from the beach. the staff was super friendly, and the rooms were really clean. the pool area was nice for family fun.

The location is fantastic, just steps from the beach and close to the bustling 5th Avenue. Friendly staff, and the freshly brewed coffee in the mornings was a nice touch. The room could use better power outlets, as there were only a few available, and the TV was disappointingly small with no English channels. Despite being a budget option, the lack of kitchen amenities was a letdown was good.
